On receipt of full payment, all rights in the finished work transfer to the client. Until then, HivesPublisher retains ownership of drafts and working files. We do not publish, resell or reuse client work, and writers sign confidentiality agreements.
Payment
Projects are paid in milestones agreed in the written quote. Work on each stage begins once the matching payment is received. Prices are quoted in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your country.
Revisions
Clients may request unlimited revisions to approved outlines and chapters within the agreed scope. Changes that alter the brief, genre or word count after drafting begins may be quoted separately.
Requirements of a Project
Timely delivery depends on timely client input. You agree to supply accurate information, respond to drafts within a reasonable period and provide materials you have the right to use. Delays in feedback move the delivery schedule accordingly.
Refund Policy
Refunds are considered if we fail to deliver the agreed service. Requests must be made in writing within 14 days of the missed milestone. Completed and approved stages are not refundable, and refunds are calculated on the unfinished portion of the work.
Cancellation & Chargebacks
You may cancel a project at any time by written notice. Fees for work already completed remain payable. We ask clients to contact us before disputing a payment so that we can resolve the matter directly; we will provide records of the service delivered if a dispute is filed.
